Notice at Collection for Teachers Residing in California

This Notice at Collection (“Notice”) is provided by LingoDos, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as mangoABC (“mangoABC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to teachers who reside in the State of California. This Notice is intended to inform you, at or before the point of collection, about:
— the categories of Personal Information we collect about California-resident teachers; and
— the purposes for which such Personal Information is used.
This Notice supplements, and should be read together with, our Teacher Privacy Policy.
Definitions
For purposes of this Notice:
— “Teacher” means a natural person who (a) resides in California, and (b) provides English-language teaching or related instructional services to students through the mangoABC online platform as an independent contractor pursuant to a written agreement.
— “Personal Information” has the meaning set forth under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), and includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a particular individual in their capacity as a Teacher.

1. Identifiers and Professional / Work-Related Information
Categories of Personal Information Collected
We may collect the following categories of Personal Information:
Identifiers
— Legal name, preferred name, or alias
— Business entity name (if applicable)
— Mailing address, email address, telephone number
— Date of birth
— Government-issued identifiers (such as Social Security number, driver’s license or other identification number, passport number), where legally required
— Online identifiers, IP address, account usernames
— Payment-related information (such as bank account details used for contractor payments)

2. Personal Information Described in California Civil Code §1798.80(e)
We may collect additional categories of Personal Information described in California Civil Code §1798.80(e), including:
— Photographs and physical descriptors, used for security, verification, and internal identification purposes.
— Limited medical-related documentation, which Teachers may voluntarily provide to explain class cancellations or absences. We do not require medical details and discourage disclosure of sensitive medical information. Where applicable, we use only the fact of an absence, not the medical information itself.
3. Characteristics of Protected Classifications
We may collect gender and age information for the purpose of creating Teacher profiles for students and their families, where permitted by law.
4. Biometric and Similar Information
We may collect photographs and audio/video recordings for the purposes described in this Notice.
We do not extract or create biometric identifiers, such as facial recognition templates or voiceprints, from such materials.
5. Internet and Network Activity Information
