Applicants should have a strong command of spoken English and be comfortable teaching young learners through live online classes. While formal teaching credentials are helpful, MangoABC evaluates candidates holistically, considering communication skills, teaching potential, and overall professionalism.
Teachers may apply from different educational and professional backgrounds, as long as they meet basic eligibility requirements and can comply with local laws in their country of residence. MangoABC works with teachers as independent contractors, which allows for flexibility but also requires personal responsibility.

Education Background
A bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred, especially in education, English, or a related field. However, candidates with strong teaching skills and relevant experience may still be considered even if their degree is in another discipline.
In some cases, equivalent professional experience in education or child development may also be acceptable.
Teaching Credentials
While a formal teaching license is not mandatory for all positions, a recognized teaching certificate (such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is highly recommended. These certifications demonstrate foundational teaching knowledge and help ensure classroom quality.
Applicants without certifications may still apply, but may be asked to complete additional training before teaching.

MangoABC works with teachers from multiple countries and regions. Eligibility may vary depending on current operational requirements and compliance considerations.
Teachers may apply from outside the United States. Residency or citizenship requirements, if applicable, will be clearly stated during the application process.
