Overview
A bachelor’s degree is preferred for teaching at MangoABC, but it is not always a strict requirement. We recognize that effective teaching ability can come from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds, and applications are reviewed holistically rather than based on a single qualification.
Education Background
Applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in education, English, linguistics, or a related field may have an advantage during the review process. However, candidates with degrees in other disciplines may still be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills, teaching potential, and experience working with children.
Professional Experience
Relevant professional experience can help offset the absence of a traditional degree. Experience in tutoring, child development, mentoring, training, or classroom support roles may be taken into account, especially when combined with strong interview or demo lesson performance.
