1. Trial Lessons
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your initial trial lesson, you may request a full refund within 24 hours after the lesson ends.
Once a trial lesson is completed and no dissatisfaction is reported within the timeframe, it is considered non-refundable.

02. Course Packages & Subscriptions
Unused Credits: You may request a refund for any unused lesson credits within 30 days of purchase.
Calculation: Refunds for partial packages will be calculated by subtracting the value of used lessons (charged at the standard single-lesson rate) from the total amount paid.
Expiration: Lesson credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable.

03. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To ensure our tutors are fairly compensated for their time:
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur no penalty, and the credit will be returned to your account.
Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or "no-shows," will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

04. Technical Issues
If a lesson cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our end (tutor or platform), a full credit for that lesson will be issued, or a refund for that specific session can be requested. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from the student’s internet connection or hardware.
