Welcome to mangoABC, operated by LingoDos, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “mangoABC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
mangoABC provides an online technology-enabled education platform (the “Platform”) through which minor learners and adult learners seeking English-language learning services (“Students”) and, where applicable, their parents or legal guardians, may connect with independent instructors and educators (“Teachers”) who offer instructional services through the Platform.
By accessing or using the website located at https://www.mangoabc.com (the “Website”) or any services made available through the Platform, you represent and agree that:
— you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
— you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”); and
— you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and permit a minor to access or use the Platform, these Terms apply to you, and you are responsible for the minor’s activities on the Platform.
Your use of the Website and Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LingoDos, Inc. governing your access to and use of the Website and Platform.
If you choose to provide services as a Teacher, you must enter into a separate independent contractor agreement with mangoABC. Your use of the Platform as a Teacher is subject to that agreement in addition to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or Platform.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 10. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the consequences of this provision.
2. Privacy
Your access to and use of the Website and Platform are subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
3. Use of the Website and Platform

— copy, frame, mirror, or scrape any content or data;
— use automated scripts or tools to extract data or interfere with Platform operations; or
— attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Platform.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting an update on the Website. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the current version.

9. Miscellaneous
Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except as otherwise provided in the Arbitration Provision.
Entire Agreement.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and mangoABC regarding use of the Website and Platform.
Severability.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Security Disclaimer.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards.
10. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
You and mangoABC waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions, except where prohibited by law.
The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. Further procedural details will be provided upon initiation of arbitration.
11. California Consumer Notice
California users may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Division of Consumer Services, as provided under California Civil Code Section 1789.3.
